Julie Reed, a graduate of Fairmont University, serves as Human Resources Director. She has a strong background in government and state government personnel operations. Her previous assignments include Human Resources Manager for the West Virginia Division of Corrections at the North Central Regional Jail.
Reed transferred to the Department of Veterans Assistance in 2018 and served as Human Resources Manager for the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility in Clarksburg until her promotion to Human Resources Director in 2021. She lives in Center Point, West Virginia.
