Joe Diedrich serves as the Huntington Claims Office Supervisor for Benefits Operations, where he exercises quality control over claims submitted for veterans from throughout the state.
Diedrich served in the U.S. Army and West Virginia National Guard for a total of 32 years. His assignments include Electronic Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, and Logistics Manager. He is a veteran of Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Afghanistan.
Diedrich began work with the Department in 2021 as a Veteran Service Officer in the Huntington Office. He was promoted to Supervisor two years later, in 2023
